Quality is the priority, not a final formality

It is the strategic policy of SRF Mecadvance SL to provide our customers with services that meet all the technical and performance requirements they request, the study programs agreed to, and any other requirement agreed and/or stipulated in a Contract. This management must be oriented toward the reduction, elimination and prevention of quality deficiencies, and, more importantly, toward the continuous improvement of the system, meeting customer, legal and regulatory requirements as effectively as possible.

All of this, seeking an adequate return for the Business within the competitive Market where we carry out our activities, with the following basic principle:

• Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
• Integration with our customers is the foundation of our mission, and our management is based on mutual trust with them.
• A job well done and continuous improvement are everyone's attitude at all times, directing efforts, as a priority, toward preventing errors rather than controlling and correcting them.
• Promoting awareness among all staff, as well as among partner companies, of the understanding and acceptance of this Quality Policy.

The Quality Manual is mandatory for all staff at SRF Mecadvance SL, and the Procedures that complement it are mandatory for those activities to which they apply. All staff are required to know and comply with them, in order to meet customer, legal and regulatory requirements.

The Quality System is reviewed by the general manager as many times as necessary, but no less than once a year, with the aim of maintaining the effectiveness for which it was designed.

To this end, this Declaration or Quality Policy of the company is communicated to all members of the company, who must be continuously trained and motivated so that each employee or collaborator understands they are responsible for the quality of their own work, with the Quality Manual itself, notice boards and training talks serving as the means of communication.

This Policy is the reference framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives and goals, and is available to the public.

The general manager and their Management Team are convinced that this approach serves to strengthen both the Quality Culture and the training of all staff at the company.

SRF Mecadvance's environmental policy is one of our business's top priorities. We work with industrial customers and public utility companies (water, gas and electricity) to improve their performance while they reduce their environmental impact, and we are therefore committed to:

• Carrying out our operations with respect for the environment, through the application of environmental management systems across all our processes and applying environmental principles such as a commitment to continuous improvement, pollution prevention, acting in line with current legislation, and concern for training our employees.
• Promoting environmental responsibility throughout the value chain, encouraging our suppliers, subcontractors and customers to follow international environmental regulations.
• Developing our production processes with a focus on saving energy and resources.
• Carrying out periodic audits of our factory's environmental performance.
• Developing and marketing products and systems that make efficient use of resources and facilitate the use of renewable energy.
• Ensuring transparency through an annual environmental management report or record, verified by independent bodies.

The environmental policy is an integral part of SRF Mecadvance's commitment to sustainability, and is included in our day-to-day strategies, processes and business.

Senior Management sets and reviews these objectives annually. It also commits to maintaining the Environmental System and verifying compliance with it.
